Chicken liver masala

INGREDIENTS
  • 200/300 gms Fresh Chicken Liver
  • 4-5 Garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 2 Large onions (chopped) and then make a paste
  • 2 large potatoes chopped to normal pieces
  • 2 tablespoon  Tomato Puree
  • 1 Tablespoon Chicken Masala
  • 2 Teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt as per taste
  • Olive Oil or normal cooking oil as per need
  • Lime juice as per taste
PREPARATION:

  1. Take Oil in a Wok or large Pan.
  2. Add finely chopped garlic. Add the onion paste and stir well till they blend well.
  3. Add Turmeric powder, Salt, Red chili powder and stir fry for a min. Then add potatoes, add half glass of water and let it cook on slow fire. Then add tomato puree and stir well for a minute.  
  4. Add entire Chicken Liver, and add the chicken masala . Stir well once and cover and keep on low flame to simmer for 10 mins.
  5. Remove lid and stir again to check and adjust the thickness of the gravy as per need.

Pepper Chicken garnished with fried potatoes

Ingredients
500 gm chicken drumsticks 
1 tsp turmeric 
1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste 
2 tsp green chili paste
1 Tbsp Soya sauce 
Salt to taste 
Oil to pan fry 
½ tsp cumin seeds 
few curry leaves 
3 to 4 onions 
1 tsp coriander powder 
1 tbsp crushed pepper 

Method

Chop the onions and grind it to paste. 

Marinate the chicken drumsticks with turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and Soya sauce for about 30 minutes.
 In a big Pan heat oil and add cumin seeds. 

After they crackle, add the onions paste and saute till they turn golden’ish brown. 

Add curry leaves, coriander powder and crushed pepper. Saute for 2 more minutes and add the marinated chicken. 

Sear on high flame, then reduce heat and cook for a further 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
 

Once the dish is done you can even garnish it with coriander leaves.
I have garnished it with fried potatoes.
