INGREDIENTS
- 200/300 gms
Fresh Chicken Liver
- 4-5 Garlic cloves
(chopped)
- 2 Large
onions (chopped) and then make a paste
- 2 large
potatoes chopped to normal pieces
- 2
tablespoon Tomato Puree
- 1
Tablespoon Chicken Masala
- 2 Teaspoon
red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder
- Salt as per
taste
- Olive Oil
or normal cooking oil as per need
- Lime juice
as per taste
PREPARATION:
- Take Oil in
a Wok or large Pan.
- Add finely
chopped garlic. Add the onion paste and stir well till they blend well.
- Add
Turmeric powder, Salt, Red chili powder and stir fry for a min. Then add
potatoes, add half glass of water and let it cook on slow fire. Then add
tomato puree and stir well for a minute.
- Add entire
Chicken Liver, and add the chicken masala . Stir well once and cover
and keep on low flame to simmer for 10 mins.
- Remove lid
and stir again to check and adjust the thickness of the gravy as per need.
