INGREDIENTS
- 400/500 gms Boneless Chicken mince
- Ginger-garlic paste
- 3 Large onions (chopped) and then make a paste
- 3 large potatoes boiled and then smashed
- Spices i.e. pepper,clove, cardamon: grind it to paste
- 1 1/2 tsp of turmeric and chili powder
- 1 tbsp of Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Soya sauce & chili sauce
- Salt as per taste
- few drops of Oil
- Coconut fenny 2 small cups for taste
PREPARATION:
- Take Oil in a Pan saute the onion paste and spices till dark golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste, mustard, soya sauce, chili sauce, turmeric,chili powder to the minced chicken and also add the Fenny
- Once the onion and spices are thoroughly cooked mix it well with the chicken batter.
- Add the mashed potatoes and keep for some time. Later take a small portion and form a chop and shallow fry it. 4 to 5 min on each side
- I have served it with chicken broth, you shall serve it in your own way.
