Chicken Coconut Fenny Chops (Excuse the shape)

INGREDIENTS
  • 400/500 gms Boneless Chicken mince
  • Ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 Large onions (chopped) and then make a paste
  • 3 large potatoes boiled and then smashed 
  • Spices i.e. pepper,clove, cardamon: grind it to paste
  • 1 1/2 tsp of turmeric and chili powder
  • 1 tbsp of Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Soya sauce & chili sauce 
  • Salt as per taste
  • few drops of Oil 
  • Coconut fenny 2 small cups for taste
PREPARATION:

  1. Take Oil in a Pan saute the onion paste and spices till dark golden brown
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, mustard, soya sauce, chili sauce, turmeric,chili powder to the minced chicken and also add the Fenny
  3. Once the onion and spices are thoroughly cooked mix it well with the chicken batter. 
  4. Add the mashed potatoes and keep for some time. Later take a small portion and form a chop and shallow fry it. 4 to 5 min on each side
  5. I have served it with chicken broth, you shall serve it in your own way.
